- We respectfully request that the flooring area to be cleaned and restored is completely empty of all furniture, unless by previous arrangement.
- On arrival we carry out a full risk assessment, then discuss any issues
- The first stage of the process is a full audit of the flooring highlighting and identifying any possible pre-existing damage or problem areas that will require special treatment.
- We protect all areas, skirtings etc. as prevention is always better.
- We then fully clean the tile floor with relevant cleaning products and the right equipment and system to achieve the best results.
- We then seal the flooring once it is fully dry, this can take between to 1-5 days
- We repeat the sealing process 2 to 5 times as applicable.
